Naga is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a First-Class Honors Degree, as well as a Master's Degree from The Wharton School (MBA) and Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to founding Danacita, Naga pursued a career as a fixed income trader at the world's leading banking institutions, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs in the Hedge Fund Strategies Group division, based in London.

Our Leaders
JR received his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has been active in the world of finance and risk assessment for over a decade. Before taking on the role of President (Bukas) and Chief Risk Officer (Erudifi), JR was Chief Risk Officer at Toyota Financial Services Philippines and was an Associate Director in the banking and capital markets group of SGV & Co (EY Philippines).
